Jacob Houk is the first non-family leader of Hays+Sons, an Indianapolis-based expert in restoration services. He became president in 2015. Founded in 1982 by Charles Hays and his two sons, the company has nine locations and 135 employees serving Indiana and Cincinnati.
Michael Huber, CEO of Indy Chamber, is a career policymaker and civil servant whose passion is creating a better Indianapolis. He’s served under Governor Mitch Daniels as deputy director of the Indiana OMB, Mayor Greg Ballard as deputy mayor for economic development, and joined the Indianapolis Airport Authority as senior director of commercial enterprise.
Phil Daniels is co-founder with Rod Reasen of Springbuk and the Healthiest Employers awards program, started in Indianapolis in 2009. Today, nearly 3,000 employers use Springbuk’s software to understand forecasted risks and opportunities, leading to actionable insights to improve their population’s health and cost of care.
Deborah Brunson is Director of HR at Wheaton World Wide Moving, a nationally recognized company that has a relatively small workforce headquartered in Indianapolis. She joined Wheaton in September 2015 after serving in human resources roles at United Way of Central Indiana and CICOA.
